Our Musk Melon program bridges open field solar intensity with protected bed cultivation. Through careful water stress management during the final 10 days of ripening, we force concentrated sugars into the orange flesh, achieving consistent 13°+ Brix sweetness across the batch.
Hand-harvested at half-slip to full-slip maturity, every melon is wiped, sleeved in shock-absorbing foam nets, and packed in reinforced export cartons.
