01Botanical Overview

Dense florets.
High-altitude vitality.

Our broccoli cultivation is located across select high-altitude belts surrounding Bangalore and the Nilgiri foothills where cool night temperatures promote compact domed heads and sweet, non-fibrous stalks.

To prevent florets from yellowing and preserve natural antioxidants, each head is field-trimmed, hydro-cooled within minutes of cutting, and packed with top-iced thermal insulation for nationwide and export logistics.

01 / ELEVATION SOURCING

Cool Night Differential

Fields situated at 900m+ elevation deliver the diurnal temperature spread needed to form tight, compact beads without premature loosening.

02 / NITROGEN CALIBRATION

Hollow Stem Prevention

Micro-dosed boron and balanced nitrogen feeding throughout head initiation eliminates internal stem hollowing and preserves tender stalk crunch.

03 / THERMAL ICING

Slush-Ice Rapid Injection

Immediate slush icing in the packhouse arrests respiration and seals in crispness throughout intercity refrigerated transport.
