Our Mini Cucumbers are cultivated using 100% gynoecious and parthenocarpic hybrids inside sheltered polyhouses. These varieties require no pollination and produce seedless, tender fruits with an exceptionally glossy deep-green rind that requires no peeling.
We harvest daily in the early morning hours to preserve turgor pressure and maximize juiciness, sorting each fruit by length, girth, and skin clarity before immediate chilled packing.
